Not us! Reedy River Home Services is coming into your home to maintain it. Let us keep your working items in good working order. Our goal is to leave each visit telling you that everything is working just fine.

Our program is a proactive service designed to help you avoid costly repairs to your home by maintaining the key appliances and systems in your home and regularly inspecting your home for potential problems. We will visit your home four (4) times per year. During each visit, we will perform all scheduled maintenance tasks for that visit, such as HVAC filter replacement and smoke detector battery replacement, and also perform a whole-home inspection to identify problems or potential problems. After each visit, we will send you a completed checklist with notes outlining what we found as well as a report showing the work we did, any issues we identified, and recommended remediation.

The first visit will take a little longer as we need to gather information about your home. We take notes, identify makes and models of appliances, and record locations of key items. In subsequent visits, we can arrive with proper filters, batteries, bulbs, and other materials to perform our services.

Absolutely not. As long as we have keys and codes to access the property, there is no need to disrupt your busy schedule.

An invoice will be sent after each of the 4 service visits throughout the year. Payments can be made by cash, check, credit card, and ACH.

We feel confident that you will greatly value our services. However, you are able to terminate your contract at any time. We do ask that you give us a one month notice.

Absolutely not. You are welcome to keep using any vendors you are happy with. We do work with many subcontractors for a range of services, if you prefer us to handle things.

For any larger repair items, or problems we identify during the home inspection, we will recommend a course of action. Reedy River Home Services works with a network of subcontractors to provide estimates for larger repairs.
